Reservations with Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83)

The client is responsible for any theft; loss or damage of any rented equipment after the equipment has been installed and confirmed by a member of Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) staff. The client remains responsible for the equipment until the end of the rental period as agreed with the client's reservation with Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83).

The initial rental period agreed upon can be extended, only if the equipment is available and not subject to prior reservation by others. Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) cannot guarantee the supply of the same material, nor any equipment, especially during peak periods such as school holidays without prior reservation.
The client information provided by the person in charge of the reservation on behalf of the group (height, weight, skill level) is used to calculate the DIN adjustments for each individual ski. The DIN adjustment controls an essential safety mechanism in the ski bindings. There are strict policies and procedures in place to do everything possible to verify the accuracy of the information provided to Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) to ensure the highest safety standards. However, Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) cannot be held responsible for an accident or injury resulting from inaccurate information provided by or on behalf of the client, whether during the reservation process or during the holiday.
Our prices include 4.5% IGI.

Use of Rental Equipment

In the event that the rental property of Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) is damaged due to misuse, Ski Pas 83 reserves the right to charge the full cost of repair or replacement. Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) will issue a receipt and a letter detailing the costs for the client's private insurance claim.
All rented equipment must be used only by the mentioned client and not lent or rented to third parties.
The client agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose (skiing on roads, closed slopes, sliding on objects other than the rails intended for such purpose in a designated snow park, etc.).
The client understands that skiing and snowboarding are dangerous activities that can result in personal injury or death. The client agrees that neither Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) nor any of its employees or teams are in any way responsible for any loss or personal injury resulting from their rental contract with Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83).

Equipment Exchange and Collection / Return

If you need an equipment change, please call us at +376 832883 or +376 698367 before 6:00 PM (French time) to ensure the equipment change is made in time for the next day on the mountain.
All equipment must be available for collection from the client's accommodation on the agreed return date, according to the rental agreement.
If the client returns the equipment late, Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) reserves the right to charge the full rental amount for the non-return period.
If the client does not return all or part of the rented equipment, Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) reserves the right to charge a full replacement cost plus any losses suffered by Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) due to the non-return of the equipment. All rental equipment returned to Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) at the end of the rental period must be the property of Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83), and the brand, model, and barcode initially rented to the client must match.

Equipment Insurance / Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Equipment

Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) insurance covers all equipment rented by Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) in the following cases: Theft when reasonable precautions have been taken to protect or prevent the theft of the equipment.
Loss, when a reasonable effort has been made to recover the lost equipment.
Accidental damage or breakage, unless the equipment is deemed to have been used negligently or for purposes other than skiing or snowboarding on snow.
In case of loss or theft of material, a police report must be obtained at the station and sent to Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) to validate the insurance claim with Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83).
If the client decides to refuse the coverage offered by Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83), the client assumes full financial responsibility for the rented equipment.
In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage to SKIPAS 83 property during the rental period agreed upon by the client, Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) reserves the right to charge the full replacement cost of the equipment if the client has refused Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) equipment insurance. Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) will issue a receipt and a letter for the client's private insurance claim.
The material insurance follows a deductible paid in the following manner.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservations (partial or complete) may be canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date. Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) will refund all the reserved equipment outside the 14-day period.
However, credit card transaction fees charged will not be refunded. If you need to cancel within 14 days after the cancellation period, please call our office to obtain a copy of your holiday insurance claim receipt.
In case of poor snow/weather conditions, Ski Pas 83 (Ed Sky 83) will not refund the equipment rented for that period under any circumstances. Cancellations are only valid 14 days before the start of the rental period.
In case of injury preventing the continued use of the rented equipment, a refund for the remaining rental days can be requested once all the equipment has been returned and a copy of a medical certificate from the local medical center has been received.

We pride ourselves on our customer service standards and strive to resolve any complaints brought to our attention to the customer's satisfaction immediately. However, in the unlikely event of a dispute arising from a contract between Ski Pas 83 and one of its clients, the following laws apply:

ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATING TO A RESERVATION OR RESERVATIONS MADE WITH SKI PAS 83 (ED SKY 83) WILL BE SUBMITTED TO AN ANDORRAN COURT AND ITS INSURANCE. ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY SKI PAS 83 (ED SKY 83) WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANDORRAN LEGISLATION AND ITS INSURANCE.
